ARE YOUR LEADS WORTH THE MONEY?

Absolutely yes. It's one of the most frequently asked questions. Our Insurance Telemarketing Leads have asked for your follow-up call with an insurance quote and product information. HOW DO YOU DEFINE A PRESET APPOINTMENT?

Our preset appointment prospects expect you in their home or place of business at a specific time for a sit-down presentation of your insurance product. On average, 70% of appointments we schedule will result in an in-home/in-office visit. The remaining 30% will be one-spouse only, on-the-porch no-entry, rescheduled, or no-show. Circumstances vary widely with people and are beyond our control. The follow-through is up to you. We do not guarantee that every appointment will be a “hit.” We guarantee that you will receive every appointment we set for you and that every appointment will be set in good faith.

WILL THE LEADS COME TO ME ALL AT ONCE?

No. You may specify daily, weekly, and monthly maximums for Internet and Telemarketing Leads. Preset Appointments are scheduled within prearranged blocks of time you specify in order to manage your selling and closing activities.

CAN YOU PROMISE ME A CONSTANT SUPPLY OF LEADS?

Yes and no. Based in our experience, there are some markets in which we will not accept work due to the difficulties of telemarketing. However, we can promise a constant supply of Telemarketing Leads and Preset Appointments to agents and agencies in most neighborhoods statewide or nationwide. Our Internet Leads are promised to those already contracted for various market areas. Please call to ask whether your area is taken. If so, you may contract to receive any overflow, if available. Remember, all our leads are 100% exclusive. No sharing.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds, credits or replacements. Our skilled telemarketers will faithfully conduct your campaign for the number of hours purchased.

WHAT IS YOUR NO-CALL-LIST COMPLIANT GUARANTEE?

We agree to hold you harmless if you are fined for violating the Federal No-Call List and if:

You call between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm

You properly identify yourself when calling

You contact the lead within 90 days of the issue date

You speak and act in a courteous and professional manner

You honor the person’s request if asked to stop calling

You allow us to handle the complaint and do not obstruct us in our defense

The phone number you called was the number on the lead

The person who files the complaint is the person named on the lead, or appropriately related to that person

Your account with us is in good standing and you have acted in good faith and in compliance with all other contractual obligations detailed in our agreement.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME TO BECOME YOUR CLIENT?

You must be a licensed agent, agency, broker or marketing organization. We ask that you pursue leads and appointments in a responsible, timely and professional manner. We want you to think of us as your Prospecting Partner by being mindful that your conduct reflects on our organization as well. Long term relationships are built on mutual trust, a keen sense of fairness, and integrity above all.

IF YOUR LEADS ARE SO GOOD, WHY DON’T YOU WORK THEM YOURSELVES?

We do. And we do very well with them, thank you. But we only work our leads in a portion of one small market with the telephone area code of (520). Nationwide and even multi-state insurance sales is a formidable business and legal challenge.
